Rob has been working in digital design and web technology for over 15 years. Rob founded The Web Kitchen in 2005 with the goal of becoming one of the leading agencies in the ever growing digital industry. Ten years later and having worked for hundreds of distinguished clients across a range of sectors, we feel proud as a team to have accomplished this aim.
Rob has advised global Companies including JCDecaux and News UK (formerly News International); leading brands such as Veuve Clicquot and major organisations such as the University of Cambridge and the Department of Health.
Aside from TWK, Rob has founded a number of other successful companies including web startup MyLo (sold to Daily Mail Group), Timbergram (an award winning product design company), Goat Ledge (a Beach Cafe in St Leonards) and a property development company. Rob has worked as a consultant to Venture Capital firms as well as an Angel Investor and mentor to startups. Rob uses this expertise gained on wider fronts to contribute to the creative and commercial strategy we provide to our clients. In this way, Rob has moved from directly responding to client briefs, to articulating what he believes they need, to presenting what he would do in their shoes.
Prior to TWK Rob studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University. Away from work, he can be found sailing a classic day boat with his three sons off the South Coast.
