With a wealth of retailers selling their products across the world, Amazon needed a website to act as the one-stop knowledge hub for all things product related.

We were commissioned to create a dynamic and engaging suite of websites that could be customized for each of their retailers’ individual needs. The key aim of the project was to encourage staff to login and learn more about the Amazon products they sell. As such, the key features of the new websites include a video-focused training center, in-depth user tracking, customisable quizzes and competitions to incentivise users to share.

With the majority of end users visiting the site on-the-go, we approached the design from a mobile-first perspective with a UX focus. The end result is an entirely flexible online training center that can expand and grow as Amazon roll it out across different markets with differing needs.
